Misty is a trauma-informed energy worker and a Reiki Master/Teacher devoted to helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner power. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she followed her heart, and her dreams, all the way to Alaska, accompanied by her deep love for dogs and the wild, open spaces of the North.

Her journey into energy work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a desire to help others. Through Reiki and intentional energy practices, Misty creates a grounded, supportive space for healing and transformation.

When she’s not holding sessions, Misty volunteers her time working with sled dogs, combining her passion for animals with her love for service. Her life reflects the same values she brings to Soul Sesh’s: authenticity, heart centered living, and connection to self, to others, and to the land.
